S.C.UNLIMITED PROTECTION S.R.L may assign and / or subcontract a third party for services related to the fulfillment of the order, with the customer's information, without the customer's consent. Not all products are in stock. The customer will be informed whether or not a product is in stock, if it can be brought to the order, and the time needed to do so. Information will be by e-mail or telephone.
Delivery time for products not in stock :
If the products exist in the supplier's stock, the time of order fulfillment is between 1-7 days.
For products requested by special order the deadline will be communicated to the buyer and will be requested an advance of 50% based on the proforma invoice.
As soon as the ordered product arrives in our stock, the customer is informed by phone or e-mail.
We reserve the right not to store products for more than 30 days, even if they have been paid in full.
Prices, offers and images are subject to change without notice.
Any product made to order according to customer specifications, can not be returned unless it shows manufacturing defects.Products that show alterations, traces of use or damaged original packaging will not be exchanged.
Warranty conditions:
Warranty conditions are provided in accordance with Law 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992.
The customer has the obligation to handle the product in accordance with the recommendations and prescriptions given by S.C.UNLIMITED PROTECTION S.R.L. Any violation of these will void the warranty.
When requesting the warranty it is necessary to present the defective product in the original packaging accompanied by the following documents: copy of the invoice and the original warranty certificate.
In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, the products will be returned to the applicant at his/her own expense without the guarantee being released.
The warranty period offered by S.C.UNLIMITED PROTECTION S.R.L is mentioned in the warranty certificate for the product from the date of purchase. .
